Imperial Biotech’s Plasma Thawing Bath is specially designed for the controlled and uniform thawing of frozen plasma at +37.0°C. The unit features a stainless steel (SS) inner chamber for durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, while the outer body is constructed from powder-coated mild steel (MS) for strength and long-term performance.

A built-in heavy-duty industrial pump ensures continuous and uniform water circulation throughout the chamber, providing consistent heat distribution and accurate thawing conditions. The microcontroller-based temperature control system maintains the temperature with an accuracy of ±0.2°C and is supported by an audio-visual alarm system for high and low temperature conditions. A specially designed stainless steel (SS) basket is provided inside the chamber for safe and convenient accommodation of plasma bags during thawing.
